
Step 1 — Review the Program Manual 📘
Review all current policies, procedures, expectations, and program requirements before moving forward.
Step 2 — Upload Required Student Docs 📁
Submit all required admissions and compliance documents, including ID, CPR certification, ICS certificates, immunization records, and any other required student documentation.
Step 3 — Background & Drug Screen Request 🧾
Request your background check through Checkr and your drug screen information through Any Lab Test Now.
Step 4 — Skill Session Request (Online Students Only) 🩺
Request your required skills session once you meet the eligibility requirements for your program.
Step 5 — Clinical Externship Request 🚑
Request your clinical externship dates and preferred sites after completing the required prerequisites.
Step 6 — Complete Externship Documentation ✅
During your externships, you must complete all required documentation before requesting file clearance.
Required Externship Documentation:
- All Patient Care Reports (PCRs) must be submitted.
- A Preceptor Evaluation must be completed for every clinical shift.
- A Clinical Student Evaluation from your preceptor must be completed for every clinical shift.
Step 7 — Complete Course Evaluation 📝
Submit your required end-of-course evaluation before requesting file clearance.
Step 8 — Request NREMT File Check Clearance 🎓
Do not submit this request until all required documentation above has been completed.
This is the final step before testing. Once submitted, our administrative team will review your file and confirm whether you are eligible for NREMT clearance.
