Use this form to request your final student file review for NREMT clearance.
Please only submit this request after you have confirmed that all required
paperwork and course documentation have been completed and turned in.


Before You Submit


This request tells our administrative team that you believe your file is complete
and ready for final review. Submitting this form too early may delay your clearance.


Please make sure you have completed:

  • All required course assignments
  • All required paperwork and supporting documentation
  • All required clinical and/or field documentation
  • All program completion requirements
  • Any additional items requested by Texas Rescue Med staff

Once submitted, our team will review your file. If anything is missing,
we will contact you using the email address you provide.

    What Happens Next?

    After your request is submitted, our administrative team will review your file.

    • If your file is complete, you will receive instructions for NREMT clearance.
    • If anything is missing, we will email you with the items that still need attention.
    • Please do not submit multiple requests unless directed to do so by staff.
