Skills-only packages are designed for scheduled hands-on training. Full travel packages include additional approved transportation associated with clinical or externship activities, where applicable. All arrangements are subject to eligibility, availability, and TRM confirmation.

- Hotel incidentals, extra nights, upgrades, late checkout, and schedule-change costs.
Travel packages do not replace tuition, admission requirements, academic obligations, clinical eligibility, health documentation, background checks, drug screening, or course completion requirements.

Before You Submit
- Your request must correspond to an approved TRM training period.
- Submitting this form does not confirm reservations, transportation, clinical placement, or program eligibility.
- Do not book independent travel until TRM confirms your training dates, package availability, payment requirements, and logistics.
- Allow approximately 3–5 business days for request review and processing.
