Clinical scheduling will not proceed if immunizations, compliance items, or other required documents are missing.

Before You Submit:
- Have at least 3–5 date options ready for scheduling.
- Be prepared to select your availability type, including open availability, limited days, or specific scheduling needs.
- Know your remaining clinical hours and your target completion deadline.
- Be prepared to list your preferred vehicle and clinical sites, if applicable.
- Confirm your email and phone number are current and checked regularly.
- Some clinical sites require at least 2 weeks’ advance notice for scheduling.
