Course Withdrawal
Request to discontinue participation in your currently enrolled course. Withdrawal requests are reviewed in accordance with applicable enrollment, academic, and financial policies.
Cohort Transfer
Request to move into another eligible course offering or cohort. Transfers are subject to availability, program requirements, and Texas Rescue Med approval.

What Happens After You Submit?
01. Administrative Review: Texas Rescue Med reviews your request, current enrollment status, and applicable academic or financial requirements.
02. Additional Information: Program administration may contact you if clarification, additional documentation, or an alternative cohort selection is needed.
03. Written Determination: Texas Rescue Med will communicate its decision and any applicable next steps. Continue following your existing course obligations until an approved enrollment change is confirmed in writing, subject to applicable law and program policies.
