leadership, but your feedback will be used to improve the learning experience for future students.

Before You Start
Have your course name and location ready.
Know your primary instructor’s name.
Use your course end date as listed on your schedule or syllabus.
Plan to spend 3–5 minutes completing the full evaluation.
How Your Feedback Is Used
The Program Director and education team review evaluations to identify strengths, correct issues,
and guide future improvements in content, instruction, and clinical integration. Patterns in student feedback
are also used for DSHS reporting and ongoing program accreditation.
